EMPTY WEIGHT:   Consists of the airframe, engine, and all items of operating equipment that have fixed locations and are permanentle installed in the aircraft. It includes optional and special equipment, fixed ballast, full operating fluids, unusable fuel and engine oil.
USEFUL LOAD:   Is the weight of the pilot, copilot, passengers, baggage, and useable fuel. It is the empty weight subtracted from the maximum ramp weight.
IMPORTANT NOTE:   The empty weight, moment and usefull load are subject to change. It is the pilot's responsibility to check weight and balance data contained in the documents in each aircraft before any flight.
